Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy vary, depending on whether you purchased and/or picked-up your merchadise in store or ordered it on-line.   

Regardless of how you purchased your items, both new and used items must be in the same condition that you received them. If the item is used clothing, it must be clean and unworn from the time of purchase. Used toys and baby gear must function as they did when purchased.  Used games and puzzles must be un-opened from the time of purchase. If the item is new, it must be unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if purchased packaged.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. We will not return or exchange any item beyond the 5 day limit, nor anything that has been worn, used, or damaged in any way.  We reserve to the right to reject any item that does not meet these criteria.  

Returns & Exchanges - In Store Purchases & Pickups  

If you purchased or picked up your items in store, you have 5 business days from the date of purchase or pickup, whichever is later, to return or exchange your item. 

Returns & Exchanges - On Line Purchases 

You have 2-5 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for items you purchased on-line and had shipped.. For used items, you must contact us within 2 business days to be eligible for a return or exchange. For new items, you must contact us within 5 business days. 

To start a return, please contact us at shop4kids@beginagains4kids.com. If we accept your return , you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   Returned items must be shipped to our store.  Depending on the probelm, we may ask you to pay for the return shipping costs.

Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. If possible, include photos of the damaged item and/or shipping package.  We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
