Appointments and Walk-in Policies

Make an Appointment!

We strongly encourage you to make an appointment to bring your items into the store. Customers with appointments recieve priority in processing their items.

For your convenience, you can make an appointment on-line at any time. Just click on the link below. You will enter your name and email and pick a time that is convenient for you.

You can also call the store and we can make the appointment for you. You will recieve an email confirmation of your appointment date, as well as reminders via email and text message.

Walk-in Customers

We gladly accept walk-in customers who wish to drop off their items when we can. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to take your items, and we can't promise when they will be processed. Please call the store or check our Facebook and Instagram pages to see if we are accepting drop-offs on any given day.

Donations

We gladly accept donations when we can, subject to the same limitations as walk-in drop-offs. However, we are not a non-profit and your donations are not tax deductible. Please refer to our Appointments & Walk-in Policies for more information
